Keywords

Keywords are used across guest facing ordering channels to provide additional sales item information, they provide two main options:

• Display an icon against a sales item to provide a visual indicator to the item

• The ability when searching for an item to display those items based on the keyword, for example "Italy" would return any sales items that had the keyword applied

Keywords are assigned to display records configured within the display details tabs in sales items, instructions and choices.

Adding New Keywords

Follow these steps to add a new keywords:

1. Click Add

2. Enter the following details, Name | select an image to assign to the Keyword , click the "Upload Image" option, and the media manager will be displayed, follow the option to either upload a new image or find an image from a folder

3. Click Add

Editing Keywords

Follow these steps to edit a keyword:

1. Select the required keyword | click Edit

2. Update the Name or Image | click Save

Searching Keywords

Follow these steps to search for a keyword:

1. In the list section click into the search

2. Enter the search term, press <enter> or click the search icon, the results will be displayed matching the search term including any mid-word matches

3. To remove the search click the remove search icon
