Courses
Courses are used to aid the preparation of items that are sent to dispense stations by displaying the course on printed materials or kitchen / service screens.
Each sales item or instruction is assigned a default course. However, within the portion configuration, course overrides can be set, allowing a different course to be applied when an item is sold with a specific portion.
