Enquiry Rejection Reasons
Within Enquiries you have the ability to reject the enquiry if you are unable to accommodate the request. You can edit the enquiry if the guest is flexible on time/date and then accept but for the occasions where you are not able to edit or take the booking you can reject it and provide the guest with a tailored reason.

Navigate to Events Admin → Enquiries → Rejection Reasons
Setting up Rejection Reasons
This setting enables you to create a pre-defined list of reasons that a host may reject an enquiry. Rejection reasons have an internal description and a customer-facing description.
Follow these steps to create rejection reasons:

Click Add new Rejection Reason

Enter an Internal Description

Enter an External Description

Click Save Changes
Once saved, these reasons will become visible to the Host user in Events. The external description can be embedded into the Enquiry Rejections email template using dynamic fields (%RejectionReason%). To find out more about email templates, or dynamic fields, read the emails topics.
