Host Application (Config)

The settings within the host application configuration area allow a custom look and appearance to be defined which can match with brand guidelines including logo and colour scheme.

Configuration of the styling can be made at different levels of the organisation hierarchy as required to suite business operations.

In addition to styling a pinned messages can be added to show to operators within the host application.

Configuring Styles

Follow these steps to configure styles:

1. Select the Company that you want to make style change to.

   The styling screen will be displayed,

2. To set the brand logo enter a link to the external system hosting the logo

   The logo will re-size to match the requirements of the host application, Zonal recommend JPG | PNG | SVG format with a size of 100kb – 300kb
   The URL for the image must be hosted where it is externally accessible

3. To set the colours click the colour picker for each option and specify the hex or RGB reference for the colour, there three colour options

   • Primary Colour - for the main app background

   • Secondary Colour - for the New Booking button and an underline under the page indicator

   • Text Colour - for text headings shown on screen

4. Click Save Changes

Adding Messages

Messages can be displayed to the host application operator, shown as a banner in both the bookings and enquiries pages and is unable to be suppressed so useful any important communications that need to be viewed.

Follow these steps to add a message to the host app:

1. Click the Company or Edit

2. Click Messages | enter the message to be displayed

3. Click Save Changes
