Navigating Events Host

The Events Host platform, allows users to navigate in one browser to manage their bookings, enquiries, notifications, tasks and even pre-order planning. Within the below topics, we have highlighted for you how to carry out some of the most common tasks within the platform.

When logged into Events as the host the following headings are displayed at the top of the screen:

  • Dashboard - The initial login screen displaying key information for the day e.g., Today's Bookings, any new Enquiries along with cover overview of last week vs this week forecasts

  • Day Diary - A view for a selected days bookings. A location to manage bookings day by day

  • Bookings List - A view with extensive filtering to locate and manage types of bookings with a defined criteria

  • Enquiries - Where all Enquiries sit and can be managed as a whole

  • Reports - For those using Pre-Order or Extras functionality, the ability to request date range reports and export
