Staff Emails

Configured emails will send the details of the Chef Report to any specified email addresses at 5am on the days scheduled. You can configure multiple chef report emails, and also configure who gets the chef report and when.

Navigate to Events Admin Access → Emails → Staff Emails

Configuring a Chef Report Email

Follow these steps to configure the chef report email:

  1. Select the Outlet from the drop down

  2. From the Actions column, click Configure

  3. Click, Add email schedule

  4. Enter a Name of report

  5. Enter the Email recipients

    You are able to enter one or more email addresses, simply use a comma to separate each
  6. Optional option to send to site email address

    This will send the sites email address that is configured within the centralised LaunchPad / Platform Services location.
  7. Select the days of the week to send

    Reports will be sent the morning of each selected day at 5am UTC
  8. Select the number of days to include within the report

    This will define how many future days you want included e.g., you want the report to send on Thursday, but to include the upcoming weekend pre-orders, you would enter "4" as this will include the 4 days - Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  9. Select which value to group the report by

  10. Click Save
