When a stock audit is accepted, a copy of the related reports is stored in this section, allowing you to view past stock results whenever needed.

Navigate to Reports

To view reports:

  • Select Product Division

  • Select Thread

  • Select Stock

  • Click Accepted Stock Reports

Stock Holding

This reports provides an overview of your stock movement, variances, overall costs and values and GP.

The following table outlines each report field and the information / calculation option.

Loss / Gain

This report displays variances and wastage in more detail with a selection of three options at cost, value or cost and value.

The cost of this product during the stock period based on the opening cost of this product and the purchase price recorded

 
Actual Cost

The cost of this product during the stock period based on the opening cost of this product and the purchase price recorded, with the cost of any stock variances applied across all places where this product is sold

 
Target COS%

The percentage gross profit based on the target cost/(sales price-VAT) x 100

 
Actual COS%

The percentage gross profit based on the Actual cost/(sales price-VAT) x 100

 
Value of Sales

Total value of priced sales. (Priced Sales Quantity x Sales Price)

 
Gross Profit

The gross profit generated from the sales of this product. Value of Sales - (Priced Sales Quantity x Target Cost)

 

Traditional

The traditional report provides an overall summary of all stock information and results by category or subcategory.
