The sales ledger provides a straightforward invoicing and statement solution managed directly within the point of sale. Accounts from the terminal are charged to ledger accounts, allowing invoices to be printed onsite as part of daily operations. When payments are received, ledger balances can be settled quickly and efficiently.
For larger organisations, account data can also be exported and integrated with third party accounting packages, enabling external reconciliation and advanced invoice management.
