Ledger Report
The Ledger reports are primarily based on displaying the total balance in each main section based on an ‘As Of date’. This will be the current date by default but can be changed using the date picker.

Report Details
1 The Guest profiles that make up the ledger balance.
2 Number of days since the balance became part of the ledger balance
3 Ledger total
The Debtor ledger is displayed in the this topic here but all 3 ledger reports have the same format
These reports are:
- Debtor – will display all balances on Bookings that are considered ‘Overdue’. i.e. the date of departure has elapsed.
- Creditor – The date of departure on every booking is considered a day of credit. Any balance will be held in Creditor for that day (unless additional credit terms are applied).
- Owed – If any booking contains an over payment (more payments than sales), the balance, from the day of departure onwards, will be displayed in the Owed ledger
