Deposits Report
Deposits are considered any payment that is entered into the system before the guest’s arrival date.

Navigate to Main Navigation Bar → Reports → Deposits Report
Report Details
Each deposit will then carry a status of either Held or Converted. A deposit is held until the guest starts their stay at which point, it is converted to a regular payment.
This information is stored for each deposit and displayed on the Status and Convert On columns as well as the information that is stored for every payment.
Rather than using a date range selector, the Deposit report has a unique date field that allows you change the perspective of the data it displays. Change the date in the ‘As Of’ field to show what held deposits were in the system up to the selected date
