Dashboard Settings

Site administrators can define up to six widgets to be displayed on the host dashboard. These widgets allow staff to view summary information about all operations on the current day. You can display multiple instances of the same widget if required.

Available Widgets

The following table outlines each setting and its corresponding functionality.

Logo

Allows the host to add a logo to the host app dashboard

 

Notes

Displays a list of all current notes

 
Store Inbox

Displays a list of current inbox messages

 
Session Stats

Displays the session stats

Currently already available in host app
Current Wait Times

Allows the host to view cover count and wait time combinations more quickly

 
Upcoming Reservations

Displays a list of upcoming reservations showing the guest name, number of guests per Adult, Child and highchair requirements

 
Table Stats & Guest Courses

Tells the host the number of tables on each status and their level of occupancy

 
Cover Levels

Displays the number of covers each day for the current day, the previous seven days and the seven days to come

 
Available Tables

Displays table information so that hosts can refer to a list of available tables at a glance without opening the popup dialog

 
Guest Summary

Displays guest list information so that hosts can see a list of upcoming, waiting and seated guests at a glance without needing to switch to the table plan view

 

Setup

For each section and to configure the dashboard settings configure each section as required:
