Tables Reporting

Reporting options vary from Company Level to Site Level. This page describes which reports are available adhoc within the Tables administration login user interface.

Company Reports

Company Administrators have the option to create bespoke reports to monitor. Company administrators can create reports for all sites or selected sites in a company. Site administrators can just create reports for their own site.

Navigate to Events Admin (Company Level) → Reports

Brand Turn Time Reports

Brand Turn Time Reports are only available to company administrators.

Follow these steps to create to generate a brand turn times report:

  1. From the Company Administrator’s menu bar select Reports

  2. Select Brand Turn Times from the drop down list

  3. Enter a date range for the new report, or select a date using the pop-up calendar icon

  4. Select the day or days to include or choose the Select All check box to include every day

  5. Select the cover size or sizes to include or choose the Select All check box to include all cover sizes

  6. Select the session or sessions to include or choose the Select All check box to include all sessions

  7. Select the stores to include or choose the Select All check box to include all stores in the report

  8. Click Submit

    The report is displayed on screen

Brand Walk Away Report

The Walk Away Report allows company administrators to review the number of covers that left each site before they were served in each session and the average length of time covers waited before walking away. This information can be used to assess staffing and training requirements on a per-site basis.

Brand Walk Away reports are only available to company administrators. Site Administrators can obtain Walk Away data for their own site.

Follow these steps to create to generate the brand walk away report:

  1. From the Company Administrator’s menu bar select Reports

  2. Select Brand Walk Away from the drop down list

  3. Enter a date range for the new report, or select a date using the pop-up calendar icon

  4. Select the day or days to include or choose the Select All check box to include every day

  5. Select the cover size or sizes to include or choose the Select All check box to include all cover sizes

  6. Select the session or sessions to include or choose the Select All check box to include all sessions

  7. Select the stores to include or choose the Select All check box to include all stores in the report

  8. Click Submit

    The report is displayed on screen

    • You can print the report or export it to a CSV file for use in a third party spreadsheet application

Bookings Report

The Bookings Report allows company administrators to view and print a summary of bookings and export the report as a CSV file for use in a third-party spreadsheet application.

The bookings report can display up to two months of data. If more data is required, users should generate a new report after updating the date range accordingly.

If configured, users can also use the Bookings report to reconfirm bookings with a single click. Reconfirming bookings by phoning the customer to check they still need the booking helps to reduce no-shows. For more information about configuring the reconfirm feature, please refer to Defining Preferences.

Follow these steps to create to generate the bookings report:

  1. From the Company Administrator’s menu bar select Reports

  2. Select Brand Bookings from the drop down list

  3. Select the required site from the location drop down list or select All to view a report on all sites

  4. Select the calendar icon to select a Start Date

  5. Select the calendar icon to select an End Date

    If no dates are selected, the report displays data for the past two months

    If the end date is set to more than two months from the start date, the report displays a warning message and asks if you want to export data for the two months from the start date.

  6. Select the required Session from the drop down list or select All to view a report on all sessions

  7. Click View Report

    Filter the report if required by changing the location, Start / End Dates and session and select Filter

    You can print the report or export it to a CSV file for use in a third party spreadsheet application

Standard Day Capacity

The Standard Day Capacity Report allows company administrators to download the standard day timeslot settings for every store in your brand for use in a third-party spreadsheet application.

Follow these steps to download the standard day capacity report:

  1. From the Company Administrator’s menu bar select Reports

  2. Select Brand Standard Day Capacity from the drop down list

  3. Select Download as CSV

The report is saved into the Downloads folder on your C: drive.

Table Configuration Report

The Table Configuration Report allows company administrators to download all the settings for every store in your brand, including the minimum and maximum sizes of tables, for use in a third-party spreadsheet application.

Follow these steps to generate a table configuration report:

  1. From the Company Administrator’s menu bar select Reports

  2. Select Brand Table Configuration from the drop down list

  3. Select Download as CSV

The report is saved into the Downloads folder on your C: drive

This report does not show table joins, or features linked to Bookable Areas

Site Reports

Site Administrators can create bespoke reports to analyse site performance.

Navigate to Events Admin (Site Level) → Reports

Store Turn Times

The Store Turn Time report allows you to review the minimum, maximum and average turn time for different cover sizes in all trading sessions during a specified period. The results may help you make changes to optimise the service offered to customers, for example by changing processes or increasing staff training.

Follow these steps to generate store turn time report:

  1. From the Site Administrator’s menu bar select Reports

  2. Select Store Turn Times from the drop down list

  3. Enter a date range for the report, or select a date using the pop-up calendar icon

  4. Select the day or days to include or choose the Select All check box to include every day

  5. Select the cover size or sizes to include or choose the Select Follow these steps to create to generate check box to include all cover sizes

  7. Click Submit

    The report is displayed on screen

Historical Summary Report

The Historical Summary report allows you to review data from the past within a specified date range. The report displays detailed information including average wait times, the number of reservations / walk-in customers, cancellations, no-shows, walk-aways and deletions for each selected session and the total of all sessions selected.

Viewing the summary report regularly can allow managers to monitor how the site is performing and address any issues that arise, for example if the number of deleted results is abnormally high, the manager can investigate why reservations / bookings are being deleted instead of being marked as cancelled or no-shows.

Follow these steps to generate a historical summary report:

  1. From the Site Administrator’s menu bar select Reports

  2. Select Historical Summary from the drop down list

  3. Enter a date range for the report, or select a date using the pop-up calendar icon

  4. Select the day or days to include or choose the Select All check box to include every day

  5. Select the cover size or sizes to include or choose the Select All check box to include all cover sizes

  6. Select the session or sessions to include or choose the Select All check box to include all sessions

  7. Click Submit

    The report is displayed on screen below the field choices

    You can print the report or export it to a CSV file for use in a third party spreadsheet application

Walk Away Report

The Walk Away Report allows site administrators to review the number of covers that left the site before they were served in each session and the average length of time covers waited before walking away. This information can be used to assess staffing and training requirements onsite.

Follow these steps to generate a walk away report:

  1. From the Site Administrator’s menu bar select Reports

  2. Select Walk Away from the drop down list

  3. Enter a date range for the report, or select a date using the pop-up calendar icon

  4. Select the day or days to include or choose the Select All check box to include every day

  5. Select the cover size or sizes to include or choose the Select All check box to include all cover sizes

  6. Select the session or sessions to include or choose the Select All check box to include all sessions

  7. Select the site or sites to include or choose the Select All check box to include all sites in the report

  8. Click Submit

    The report is displayed on screen

    You can print the report or export it to a CSV file for use in a third party spreadsheet application

Bookings Report

The Bookings Report allows site administrators to view, edit, print or cancel bookings. Additionally, a bookings file can be exported to CSV format for use in third-party applications.

Follow these steps to generate the bookings report:

  1. From the Site Administrator’s menu bar select Reports

  2. Select Bookings from the drop down list

  3. Filter the list to locate the required booking:

    • Enter a Start and End Date between which the booking was made

    • Select the required session from the drop down list

    • Click Filter

  4. Select the Confirmation ID of the required booking to edit or cancel the booking

  5. From the Bookings Report, you can also:

    Export the booking list in CSV format for use in third-party applications. The CSV file will be saved into your Downloads folder on your local drive.

    Print a hard copy of the booking list

Time Slots Report

The Time Slots Report allows site administrators to download the timeslot settings for your site for use in a thirdparty spreadsheet application.

Follow these steps to generate a Time Slot report:

1. From the Site Administrator’s menu bar select Reports

2. Select Time Slots from the drop down list

3. Click Download as CSV

The CSV file will be saved into your Downloads folder on your local drive
