Tiers

A tier is a membership level within a loyalty program that loyalty customers progress through based on their spend or points earned. Each tier unlocks a new level of benefits and rewards, for example Bronze (£0–£499), Silver (£500–£999) and Gold (£1,000+). As customers move up the tiers, the rewards become more valuable, encouraging ongoing engagement and spend.

Creating Account Tiers

You can create loyalty tiers, which can then be assigned to rewards and actions (described in each reward and action section). Cards can be assigned a tier on mass or individually through the use of the API or on the specific card page.

Follow these steps to create a new tier:

1. Click +Create New

2. Enter the Tier Name

3. Optionally select the check box for Is Default Tier

   

4. Click Save

Additional Information

• Selecting an existing Tier enables editing of the Tier Name or deletion of the Tier

  A tier can only be deleted if it has not been assigned to any Actions or Rewards

• Any Actions or Rewards to which the tier is assigned is displayed in the tier screen
