A loyalty program is a marketing strategy designed to encourage customers to continue purchasing from or engaging with a business. It rewards repeat customers with benefits such as points, discounts, exclusive offers, or other incentives. The goal is to build long-term customer relationships, increase retention, and enhance overall satisfaction.

Getting Started

The component parts of a loyalty program should be created in the following order:

  1. Create the new loyalty Program

  2. Add Cardsets to the new program

  3. Define the Actions that are appropriate for the program

  4. Define the Rewards that the program offers

  5. Apply the new program to the relevant Company and / or Site level

  6. Create the appropriate Widgets
