Pricing Summary Updates

All changes made in Pricing can now be viewed in the Activity Overview

When selecting price bands administrators can now use the 'Select All' option to manage all price bands, only the first 15 selected can be edited within the grid, any additional bands selected will only be available for price updates through the Excel export

The sync status between Zonal Connect and Aztec is now displayed for all price groups, giving greater visibility of the status between the two systems

When managing large organisations with multiple price groups, it's now easier to view which sites are allocated to each group, this information is accessible from the three dot menu

When off band prices are applied to sales items, the grid now displays this information with an icon at the start of the row. Additionally, the corresponding price band is highlighted in yellow to indicate off band pricing. Hovering over the row reveals further details, such as the site, sales area, and specific off band prices being used

Finding sales items within the grid has been made even easier by having a search, the available search terms are name, description, ID and external reference 1

Existing price groups can be duplicated to create a direct copy, enabling faster updates and price changes

For ease of navigation each sales item is now displayed as a hyperlink allowing a direct link into the products app

Greater flexibility in price band management has been introduced, allowing you to delete, duplicate, and easily copy and paste prices between bands, improving the process of updating prices

Two convenient options are now available in the grid to easily revert price changes. Before saving, you can undo any modifications, and after saving, you can revert the data back to its previously saved state. This ensures that any mistakes or incorrect entries can be quickly corrected

To streamline updates within a price group, data can now be exported to a spread sheet, prices modified as needed, and then seamlessly imported back into the pricing app, boosting productivity and efficiency

The grid is now more flexible, allowing columns to be sorted in various ways for easier data viewing. Additionally, when working with a large number of price bands, product and related columns can be frozen, ensuring they remain visible while scrolling across the grid
