Activity Overview

The activity overview gives a complete record of all changes made in the pricing app. It tracks updates across every section, showing the data before and after each change, who made the change, and when it occurred along with the sync status information. This provides full visibility of important updates and makes it easy to see exactly who has been making them.

Price Groups

When changes are made in prices groups this information can be viewed within the activity overview.

By default the 'date changed' filter will be set for the last three days but can be updated as required

Follow these steps to apply price group filters:

  1. Select type Price Groups

  2. Select the required Child Type

    • Price Changes - displays information related to price changes

    • Group & Band Changes - displays information related to the price group and bands within the group

  3. Select the required Actions

    By default All actions are selected
  4. Select the required Users who made changes

    By default All users are selected
  5. Select the required Sync Status

    By default All statues are selected
  6. Click Apply Filters

    The following information is displayed for price changes

    • Name

    • Subcategory

    • ID

    • Aztec ID

    • Action

    • Change Date / Sync Status

    Expand rows as required to display the following information

    • Portion

    • Price Band

    • Price Before / Price After

    • Sync Status

    The following information is displayed for group and band changes

    • Name (Price Band or Group)

    • Type (Identifier for Band or Group)

    • Action

    • Before / After

    • Change Date / Sync Status

Site Price Groups

When changes are made in site prices groups this information can be viewed within the activity overview.

By default the 'date changed' filter will be set for the last three days but can be updated as required

Follow these steps to apply site price group filters:

  1. Select type Site Price Groups

  2. The Child Type is automatically populated

    • Group Changes - displays information related to site price group changes

  3. Select the required Actions

    By default All actions are selected
  4. Select the required Users who made changes

    By default All users are selected
  5. Select the required Sync Status

    By default All statues are selected
  6. Select the required filters from the organisation

    As least one level must be selected from the organisation filter sections to be able to load the activity overview
  7. Click Apply Filters

    The following information is displayed for group changes

    • Site

    • Site Reference

    • Action

    • Current Group

    • Start Date

    • Change Date / Sync Status

Banding

When changes are made in banding this information can be viewed within the activity overview.

By default the 'date changed' filter will be set for the last three days but can be updated as required

Follow these steps to apply banding filters:

  1. Select type Banding

  2. Select the required Child Type

    • Sales Area- displays information related to banding changes for sales areas banding

    • Supplement - displays information related to banding changes for supplement banding

  3. Select the required Actions

    By default All actions are selected
  4. Select the required Users who made changes

    By default All users are selected
  5. Select the required Sync Status

    By default All statues are selected
  6. Select the required filters from the organisation

    As least one level must be selected from the organisation filter sections to be able to load the activity overview
  7. Click Apply Filters

    The following information is displayed for both sales area or supplement band changes

    • Site

    • Sales Area

    • Site Reference

    • Action

    • Subcategory

    • Before / After

    • Band Start Date

    • Change Date / Sync Status

Off Band

When changes are made in off band prices this information can be viewed within the activity overview.

By default the 'date changed' filter will be set for the last three days but can be updated as required

Follow these steps to apply off band filters:

  1. Select type Off Band Pricing

  2. The Child Type is automatically populated

    • Price Changes - displays information related to off band price changes

  3. Select the required Actions

    By default All actions are selected
  4. Select the required Users who made changes

    By default All users are selected
  5. Select the required Sync Status

    By default All statues are selected
  6. Select the required filters from the organisation

    As least one level must be selected from the organisation filter sections to be able to load the activity overview
  7. Click Apply Filters

    The following information is displayed for off band price changes

    • Site

    • Sales Area

    • Site Reference

    • Sales Item

    • Subcategory

    • ID

    • Aztec ID

    • Action

    • Price Start Date

    • Start Date

    • Change Date / Sync Status

    Expand rows as required to display the following information

    • Portion

    • Price Band

    • Price Before / Price After
