Sites

Each of your locations are created as a sites, connected to regions and companies. The settings for configuration include information such as site names, contact details, images, opening times, and various settings necessary to establish and maintain a fully operational trading location.

Across the ecosystem the organisation structure and sites are used in the setup of offers, menus, pricing and more.

Adding New Sites

Follow these steps to add a new site:

  1. From the organisation tree view select the required Region so that it is highlighted

  2. Click Add | select Site

  3. Enter the following details, Site Name | ensure the correct region is selected

  4. Click Add

  5. Set any additional fields as required, References | Address and Location | Contact and Social Details | Operating Settings and Times | Operating Times

  6. Click Save

Some fields within the organisation hierarchy may not be used at this time but are part of our future roadmap for Zonal Connect
Any new sites created must be allocated to a site price group, they are not automatically allocated for more information click here for more information on site price groups

Sync Status

The sync status gives visibility of the latest status updates between Zonal Connect and Aztec.

Icon Status
Sync OK
Sync in Progress
Sync Failed

Information

The following information is displayed when viewing a site:

  • The overall status of the site is displayed next in the status bar next to the dates

  • Clicking the status icon will display a status of the site

    • Sync OK - all site information correctly synced

    • Sync in Progress - updates to the site are currently being synced

    • Sync Failed - failed updates to the site | click Sync Now to re-run the sync process

Field Settings & Information

Names

The names section allows you to manage all of the internal and external facing names for your site.

References

The references section allows you manage all of the custom IDs for links through 3rd party applications.

Address & Location

The address and location section allows you set the site address and location details.

Contact & Social Details

The contact and social details section allows you set all contact methods for the site along with any social media usernames.

Operating Settings

The operating settings and times allow you to manage default settings for the operation of the site including currency and language.

Opening Times

The opening times allow each site to have its own unique set of opening and closing times.
