Organisation

The organisation stands at the highest level of the hierarchical structure, which consists of four levels beneath it. It serves as the defining level for business operations within the Zonal Connect platform and other products within the ecosystem.

Adding New Organisations

Follow these steps to add a new organisation:

Click Add | select Organisation
Enter the following details, Organisation Name
Click Add
Set any additional fields as required, References | Address and Location | Contact and Social Details | Operating Settings
Click Save

Some fields within the organisation hierarchy may not be used at this time but are part of our future roadmap for Zonal Connect

Field Settings & Information

Names

The names section allows you to manage the names of your organisation.

The following table of information describes each of the name fields:

Field	Description
OrganisationName	Internal organisation name displayed in Zonal Connect - 50 characters
Trading Name	Trading organisation name used in Zonal Connect - 50 characters
Location Tags	Location tags assigned to the organisation

References

The references section allows you manage all of the custom IDs for links through 3rd party applications.

Optional Reference	Optional organisation reference

Address & Location

The address and location section allows you set the organisation address and location details.

The following table of information describes each of the address and location fields:

Address Line 1	Address details of the organisation - 35 characters
Address Line 2	Address details of the organisation - 50 characters
Address Line 3	Address details of the organisation - 50 characters
City	City of the organisation - 50 characters
County	County of the organisation - 50 characters
Country	Country of the organisation - 50 characters
Postcode	Postcode of the organisation - 9 characters

Contact & Social Details

The contact and social details section allows you set all contact methods for the organisation.

Telephone Number	Telephone number of the organisation - 20 characters
Email Address	Email address of the organisation - 320 characters
Website	Website of the organisation - 253 characters

Operating Settings

The operating settings and times allow you to manage default settings for the organisation.
