Companies

At the company level, the hierarchy can be divided into distinct trading entities or, in some cases, companies are classified as individual brands or concepts. This division of the structure into separate entities enables ease of control over the sites below the company, facilitating the management and setup for large organisations with ease.

Adding New Companies

Follow these steps to add a new company:

From the organisation tree view select the required Organisation so that it is highlighted
Click Add | select Company
Enter the following details, Company Name | ensure the correct organisation is selected
Click Add
Set any additional fields as required, References | Address and Location | Contact and Social Details | Operating Settings
Click Save

Some fields within the organisation hierarchy may not be used at this time but are part of our future roadmap for Zonal Connect

Sync Status

The sync status gives visibility of the latest status updates between Zonal Connect and Aztec.

Icon	Status
	Sync OK
	Sync in Progress
	Sync Failed

Information

The following information is displayed when viewing a company:

The overall status of the company is displayed next in the status bar next to the dates
Clicking the status icon will display a status of the company
- Sync OK - all company information correctly synced
- Sync in Progress - updates to the company are currently being synced
- Sync Failed - failed updates to the company | click Sync Now to re-run the sync process

Field Settings & Information

Names

The names section allows you to manage the names of your companies.

The following table of information describes each of the name fields:

Field	Description
Company Name	Internal company name displayed in Zonal Connect - 50 characters
Trading Name	Trading company name used in Zonal Connect - 50 characters
Location Tags	Location tags assigned to the company

References

The references section allows you manage all of the custom IDs for links through 3rd party applications.

Address & Location

The address and location section allows you set the company address and location details.

City	City of the company - 50 characters
County	County of the company - 50 characters

Contact & Social Details

The contact and social details section allows you set all contact methods for the company.

Operating Settings

The operating settings and times allow you to manage default settings for the company.
