Once stocks have been accepted at site level and the comms jobs have processed this data, stock reports will become available centrally. Users with the appropriate security permissions will then be able to view the stock result information.

Viewing Stock Reports
Follow these steps to view stock reports:

Select the required Area

Select the required Site
-
Select the required Product Division
-
Select the required Stock Thread
-
From the list of stocks select either one stock or multi-select the required stocks

Click View Stock Reports
For multi stock reporting a consolidated list of reports is shownThe following reports are displayed:

Stock Holding
-
Sales & Profitability
-
Loss Gain
-
Traditional
-

Viewing Line / Spot Check Reports
Follow these steps to view line / spot check reports:

Select the required Area

Select the required Site

Click Line / Spot Checks Reports

From the list select the required entry and click View Report
