To enable POS operators to make charges and settlements to ledger accounts, the necessary payment related buttons must be added to the theme panel design or shared panel, this page provides the steps to configure these settings.

Navigate to Theme Modelling → Themes / Shared Panels
Adding Sales Ledger Buttons
Follow these steps to add sales ledger buttons:

Select the required Theme Panel Design or Shared Panel where the buttons should be added

From the Button Picker | Other Lists | Payment add the following buttons

Chg Ledger
-
Sett Ledger
Depending on your systems configuration the names of these payment methods might be slightly different but they are our recommended setup names

Optionally from the Button Picker | Functions | Other add the Ledger Balance button
The ledger balance button enables point of sale operators check the existing account credit limit, current balance and available credit -
Click Save
