Theme Settings

To enable POS operators to clock in / out and take breaks the necessary buttons must be added to the theme panel design or shared panel, this page provides the steps to configure these settings.

Navigate to Theme Modelling → Themes / Shared Panels

Adding Time & Attendance Buttons

Follow these steps to add time and attendance buttons:

  1. Select the required Theme Panel Design or Shared Panel where the buttons should be added

  2. From the Button Picker | FunctionsStaff add the following buttons

    • Clock Out

    • Employee Break (optional)

  3. Optionally from the Button Picker | Functions | Reports add the following buttons

    • Current Job Labour Cost

    • Current Labour Cost

    • Day Part Labour Cost

    • Employee Hours Report

    • Employee Schedule Report

    • Hourly Labour Cost

    • Staff Clocked In

    • Staff Clocked Out

    • Staff Currently on Breaks

  4. Click Save
