Attendance Codes

Attendance codes are used when signing off payroll. If an employee has not worked on a particular day, a code is assigned. By default, Holiday, Rest Day, Sick, and Worked are included, with the option to add additional codes if required.

Adding Attendance Codes

Follow these steps to add attendance codes

  1. Click Insert New Code

  2. Enter the Code and Display String (description)

  3. Click OK
