Time and Attendance includes organisation wide settings that can be configured in the Edit Base Data section.

The following table outlines each setting and its corresponding functionality.

| Grace Period |
The grace period time defines what day shift information will finish, especially useful for 24 hour operations |
For example: Grace Period 01:30 and rollover time 06:00, any shifts that end before 07:30 get applied to the previous business day |
| Early Clock In |
The early clock in setting enables a time value to be entered which will prevent an employee from clocking in if they too early for their scheduled shift |
The default entry is set to 00:15 |
| Late Clock In |
The late clock in setting enables a time value to be entered which will prevent an employee from clocking in if they are too late for their scheduled shift |
The default entry is set to 00:15 |
| Auto - Fill Grid in Schedule |
When selected the schedule will be automatically filled with all employees, this works in conjunction with the 'every time form is opened' setting which can also be applied |

| Auto Print Pay Report |
When selected the pay report will be automatically printed when signing off the payroll |

| Print Pay Report as Decimal Hours |
When selected the pay report will be printed using the decimal hours format |

| Schedule Totals On / Off |
When viewing the schedule there are number of total fields available including hours and costs, these can be managed within this section |

| Set Open Close Times |
If the open / close times are the same for all sites across the organisation this can be set, alternatively if they are different they can be set in the same location on site to have per site times |

| Scheduler Look Ahead Weeks |
Number of weeks that schedules can be created onsite ahead of the current week |
