Delivery Schedules

Before sites can begin placing orders, delivery schedules must be configured. These schedules define the required settings for each supplier, including delivery days, frequency, and any specific constraints, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and align with supplier availability.

Location Groups

Location groups contain a number of site locations which will be used to add to the delivery slots

Navigate to Admin → Stock Admin → Orders Admin → Location Groups

Follow these steps to add location groups:

Select the required Supplier
Click Add a New Location Group
Enter the Location Group Name
Select the required Locations from the list moving them to the right hand panel
Click Save

Delivery Slots

Delivery slots are configured per supplier and define the ordering and delivery information.

Navigate to Admin → Stock Admin → Orders Admin → Delivery Slots

Follow these steps to add delivery slots:

Select the required Supplier
Click New Delivery Slot
Set the Items Will be Delivered On information
- Day
- Between Times
Set the Start Date
Set the Orders Must be Repeated
- Weekly or Fortnightly
Set the following additional options
- Max Orders - quantity of orders a site can place for this delivery slot
- Orders Must Be Placed At Least - number of hours before this delivery slot
- Orders must be placed no earlier than - number of hours the order can be placed for this delivery slot
Select the required Location Groups from the list moving them to the right hand panel
Click Save
