What's New

New Features

The following new features have been introduced in this version of iServe  Plus.

Feature Description

Standard Loyalty integration

iServe Plus now supports the Standard Loyalty programme, covering manual reward redemption via scan or manual code entry. Staff can assign a loyalty account to a basket, view account details, and apply rewards manually at the basket or at payment, including multi-select of rewards. Card payments are supported for zero-balance baskets where loyalty has cleared the total, and standard FreedomPay, Dojo, and integrated-PED card-payment flows work with loyalty applied.

Standard Loyalty on iServe Plus requires specific minimum Aztec, ZCF, and POSInt versions to function correctly. See the 2.5.0 Feature Compatibility page for full details of the required versions.

Yellow connection-status banner for ZCF

When the device detects a connection issue with ZCF (Zonal Connection Framework), the screen now shows a yellow status banner so staff are immediately aware that a backend service is degraded. Previously, connection issues with ZCF were not surfaced visibly on screen.

Other Changes

The following new features have been introduced in this version of iServe Plus.

Feature Description

FreedomPay AFCC module upgraded to version 1.66

The embedded FreedomPay AFCC (all-in-one) module is upgraded to version 1.66.

AFCC module — Client Selling System name updated

Small change to the value transmitted by the AFCC module to identify iServe Plus as the originating selling system. No visible impact for users on the device.

Additional Information

Per guest/seat ordering has been temporarily disabled. Tables that have per guest/seat ordering enabled in Aztec will not be supported in iServe Plus.
