Does iServe allow an iZone loyalty to be assigned if standard loyalty is already assigned. What happens?

  • Native iOS iServe - No, the standard loyalty is showing and errors on interaction, but not allowing iZone to be applied

  • Reactive native iServe (All in One) - Yes, the standard loyalty is showing and errors on interaction. After erroring standard loyalty is removed therefore iZone could technically be applied

What does iServe do when a standard loyalty account has been assigned from Aztec POS and the account is picked up on iServe

  • Native iOS iServe - Can see loyalty assigned to basket. When trying to interact with loyalty account by pressing the QR loyalty button an error pops up. Unable to view points, unable to redeem prize. Gets stuck redeeming prize. Self corrects stuck after approximately 1 minute

  • React Native iServe (All in One) - Can see loyalty assigned to basket When trying to interact with loyalty account by pressing the QR loyalty button an error pops up. Loyalty then appears to be removed from the account

What does the user actually see when trying to assign standard loyalty account from iServe

  • Native iOS iServe - prefix validation does not allow the code to be entered. on QR scan Unable to read code error
