Schedule
The schedule allows a straightforward rota to be created, which employees can print directly from the point of sale terminal if needed. Depending on the configured settings, staff may be prevented from clocking in if they are not included in the schedule or if they attempt to clock in too early or too late for their shift.

Creating the Schedule
Follow these steps to create the schedule:

Select the required Week to complete the schedule | click OK

Select the required Job Role tab and click Insert Employee, choose the required employee from the list | click OK

Enter the In and Out Times for the required scheduled days following the 24 hour clock format (the : is not required when entering times)
For employees working split shifts insert a second row and complete the in and out times as requiredIf open and close times are configured using the letter O or C when entering times will automatically populate the site open / close times into the schedule -
Add all required schedule entries for each job as required | click Close when complete
Other Schedule Options

Empty Schedule - will remove all entries from the schedule

Click Empty Schedule | click Yes to confirm

Copy Schedule From - will take a copy of a previous weeks schedule

Click Copy Schedule From | click Yes to confirm | select a previous Week | click OK

Copy - enables shifts for a single day or week to be copied and then pasted to other employees

Click into a In or Out Time | click Copy | select Current Day or Whole Week (which will copy all entries for the selected row)

Click into a new Employee row | click Paste and the entries will be pasted
When selecting 'current day' those times can also be pasted to the same employee without having to enter the times into each day individually

Fill Row - enables the row to be filled with the same In and Out times

Select an Employee | click Fill Row | enter In and Out Time | click OK

Costs
If pay rates are assigned to employees in staff and security this information will populate into the schedule when adding entries and adjusting times to give a basic overview of employee costs on the base pay rate only.
