Tag Groups

Tag groups are associated to tags, they provide a classification hierarchy to the tag which can be used through reporting and other system areas.

Groups are created with the following hierarchy: Group → Sub Group → Section → Sub Section

Adding New Groups

Follow these steps to add a new groups:

  1. Click Add | select Tag Group

  2. Enter the following details, Name | Description (optional)

  3. Click Add

Adding New Sub Groups

Follow these steps to add a new sub groups:

  1. Click Add | select Tag Sub Group

  2. Enter the following details, Name | Description (optional)

  3. Select the Group to link the sub group to | click Add

Adding New Sections

Follow these steps to add a new sections:

  1. Click Add | select Tag Section

  2. Enter the following details, Name | Description (optional)

  3. Select the Sub Group to link the section to | click Add

Adding New Sub Sections

Follow these steps to add a new sub sections:

  1. Click Add | select Tag Sub Section

  2. Enter the following details, Name | Description (optional)

  3. Select the Section to link the sub section to | click Add

Editing the Tag Group Structure

Follow these steps to edit a the tag group structure:

  1. Select the required level of the tag group structure

  2. Update any fields as required | click Save

Searching the Tag Group Structure

Follow these steps to search for a level of the tag group structure:

  1. In the list section click into the search

  2. Enter the search term, press <enter> or click the search icon, the results will be displayed matching the search term including any mid-word matches

  3. To remove the search click the remove search icon

Viewing Activity

Follow these steps to view the activity of a tag:

  1. Select the Activity tab

  2. By default todays history is initially displayed, adjust the date selection to choose either

    • 1M - last 1 month of changes

    • 3M - last 3 months of changes

    • Custom - date range picker

  3. Activity will be displayed with the following information

    • Date & Time

    • User

    • Action
