Configuration Settings

The configuration settings determine a number of unique settings on a per site basis that can be configured for integrations and other functionality.

Hotel Code Allocation

The hotel code allocation settings are only applicable for Rezlynx PMS as this integration requires a mapping between the Rezlynx Analysis code and the configured hotel divisions.

To complete this allocation the following must also be configured:

• Hotel Divisions

• Analysis Codes (Zonal Only setting)

• Reporting Sessions

Follow these steps to assign analysis codes:

1. Click Hotel Code Allocation

2. For each Hotel Division | Terminal | and Session select the required Analysis Code from the drop down

3. Complete the allocation for all rows

4. Click OK
