Keywords

Keywords are used across guest facing ordering channels to provide additional sales item information, they provide two main options:

  • Display an icon against a sales item to provide a visual indicator to the item

  • The ability when searching for an item to display those items based on the keyword, for example "Italy" would return any sales items that had the keyword applied

Navigate to Product Manager

Adding Keywords

Follow these steps to add keywords:

  1. Click Configure | select Keywords

  2. Enter Name | click Create

    The Keyword will be added to the list

Uploading Icons

Follow these steps to upload icons:

  1. From the list choose the required Keyword | click Upload Icon

  2. Navigate to and select the required image file for the icon | click Open

    Icon files must be no larger than 600px X 48px
  3. Click Save

  4. Alternatively complete the upload for multiple rows | click Save All

Deleting Keywords / Icons

Follow these steps to delete a keyword or icon:

  1. From the list choose the required keyword and either

    • click Delete - to delete the Keyword

    • click Delete Icon - to delete the icon and retain the Keyword

  2. Confirm Yes for the deletion
