Calories

Calorie information can be stored against a product either against the main display record or on a per portion basis within meta data.

The calorie option enables CSV sheet to be downloaded where changes for meta data can be made in bulk and imported.

Navigate to Product Manager

Download CSV

Follow these steps to download CSV template for updating calories:

  1. Click Configure | select Calories

  2. Click Download Current Data

  3. Select either Categories or Subcategories required for updating

If the selections made will result in more than 5,000 rows being downloaded, then this will be split into separate files and downloaded as a single ZIP file
  4. Click Download Selected Data

The exported CSV will be added to your downloads folder

Editing CSV

The follow columns in the CSV file can be edited:

  • Calorie Value

  • Portion Description

Important Information:

  • If any description or calorie fields are left blank, once uploaded, this will delete the value currently saved in iOrder Platform

  • If any information other than description and calorie values are edited, then only the description and calorie values will be updated

  • If a product or portion does not currently exist and is included in the upload, the record will not be created

Additional Information:

  • Calories must be positive whole numbers and no more than six figures

  • Portion description must be no more than 100 characters

  • Duplicate rows will not be processed

Importing CSV
