Courses

iOrder Platform can has its own courses which can be assigned to display record, meta data. Order baskets dispaly items by course so that items are correctly grouped improving the experience for the guest when reviewing orders. Additional settings can be applied to courses to add instructional messages which can be used by downstream systems, such as kitchen screens.

Configuring Courses

Courses must be added by Zonal, if there any missing request they are added by your Zonal Account Representatiave

Follow these steps to configure courses:

  1. Click Configure | select Courses

  2. Configure per course the following settings

    • Do Not Add Instruction Lines

    • Add Instruction Line to Every Item - this will add an instruction against every item belonging to that course

    • Add Instruction Line at the Top and Bottom of Items - this will add an instruction above and below items

  3. When selecting either Add Instruction option enter the Aztec Entity code for the instruction

  4. Click Save
