Hotel Divisions

Hotel divisions are used in conjunction with a property management system (PMS) interface to group sales item into selections of items that can be correctly recorded on to a guest invoice within the PMS.

  • Service Charge

Adding New Hotel Divisions

Follow these steps to add a new hotel division:

  1. Click Add

  2. Enter the following details, Name | Description (optional)

  3. Click Add

Editing Hotel Divisions

Follow these steps to edit a hotel division:

  1. Select the required hotel division | click Edit

  2. Update the Name or Description | click Save

Deleting Hotel Divisions

Follow these steps to delete a hotel division:

  1. Select the required hotel division | click Delete

  2. Confirm the deletion, click Delete

Searching Hotel Divisions

Follow these steps to search for a hotel division:

  1. In the list section click into the search

  2. Enter the search term, press <enter> or click the search icon, the results will be displayed matching the search term including any mid-word matches

  3. To remove the search click the remove search icon
