Courses can now be configured to be held, giving POS operators greater control over the flow of orders to the kitchen. This allows them to select specific courses on the terminal and choose to hold them before sending them through for preparation, helping to better manage service timing

Two updates have been introduced to improve the handling of delayed orders. Firstly, a new setting prompts POS operators during a 'Session Change' if there are orders ready to be served. Secondly, the prompt displayed when picking up an order has been updated with clearer button labels, making it easier for operators to understand the actions they are about to perform

A new payment Type has been introduced to support Dojo transactions without prompting for cashback. This allows two separate payment method buttons to be configured one with cashback enabled and one without. During busy periods with higher transaction volumes, operators can use the non-cashback option to streamline the payment process and improve efficiency

Guests placing orders through online ordering channels can now leave a tip even if their balance is reduced to zero through free items or loyalty redemptions

Aztec to support loyalty by adding the following features

• Providing third party details of any promotions activated on the point of sale

• Enhance point of sale connectivity with POS Integration Engine to support loyalty integration

A new payment type has been added to enable transactions with Toggle Gift to enable payments to process by both card and discount within the same transaction where Toggle will include a bonus amount on a gift card that was not originally part of the purchased value

When managing payment methods in Finance → Configuration → Payment Methods a new type of Standard Gift Discount is now available

To reduce setup effort and streamline configuration, any new created discounts are now automatically enabled for use by POS Integration Engine by default in Base Data → Estate Structure → Site Settings → CLM → Edit Discounts

The header for gift receipts has been improved, now displaying a clearer and more prominent title on the printed receipt to indicate that it is a gift receipt

To encourage adoption of the Mobile Stocks application, Aztec has implemented measures to suppress the printing of stock count sheets at sites, helping to reduce paper usage and promote digital processes

Increased reliability of Live Data Feed by improved logging and efficiency of code base. The aim is better error logging and handling of failed transactions
