Per Seat Ordering
Per seat ordering provides a valuable function on both point of sale terminals and iServe, allowing food and drink to be ordered for individual guests or for items to be shared across multiple seats. Products intended for all guests can also be quickly and easily added to the table.
During service, seat numbers can be displayed on printed tickets and on digital screens through Kitchen iQ. This enables the onsite team to clearly see which guest each item belongs to, avoiding the need to auction food at the table and helping to deliver a smoother guest experience.
At payment time, accounts are already split by seat. This means a guest can pay only for the items they personally ordered, or, if the group prefers to settle the bill together, the full table bill can be printed instead. Guests can also be grouped, allowing two or more seats to be combined into a single payment.
