Single Sign On

Single sign on provides one username and set of credentials to login to both Zonal Connect and Acquire, along with accessing Acquire from Zonal Connect directly.

This function is enabled by Zonal for more information contact your Account Representative

Enabling Users
Logging in to Acquire with Zonal Connect Credentials

Before proceeding with the below setup ensure that Zonal have correctly enables all of the required settings for your organisation

Enabling Users

Users created in Zonal Connect will have the ability to be mapped to a user created in Acquire, enabling one set of login credentials.

Navigate to Directory → Users

Follow these steps to enable users:

Select (or add) the required User

For more information on creating users in Zonal Connect click here
Select the SSO Mapping tab
Select the Acquire Username from the drop down list

This maps the Zonal Connect Username to that of Acquire ensuring the two systems user accounts are linked
Set the check box Show on Menu to be enabled

This option enables Acquire to be visible for the user when they login to Zonal Connect, if required this step can be completed later
Click Save

Logging in to Acquire with Zonal Connect SSO

When the mapped user logs into Zonal Connect, they will see a tile for Acquire on the dashboard
Clicking this will take the user directly through to the homepage for Acquire without logging in again

Acquire will also be displayed as an option under the drop down menu
If the user is accessing Acquire from the existing login page, when they click Log in with Zonal Connect, this will redirect them to enter their Zonal Connect credentials. Once authenticated, they will be returned to the Acquire homepage
