Tap to Pay - Naming Consistency |
Throughout iServe we have ensured that any references to the Tap to Pay functionality have been correctly named as 'Tap to Pay'. Previously we had 'Pay by Tap' mentioned on a few of the screens |

Tap to Pay - Better card declined errors |
When processing a Tap to Pay payment that has been declined due to needing Chip & Pin verification iServe will now present the user with an informative error letting them know that the transaction will need to be processed via card insertion using a Chip & Pin PED. iServe will also prevent the user from immediately re-attempting the transaction via Tap to Pay as it will result in the same error If the payment declines for any other reason iServe will allow the user to re-attempt the payment via the payment declined screen, and offer the user a declined card receipt if needed |
