Configuration

The configuration setup is necessary to connect the Zonal ecosystem to Opera PMS via OHIP, along with completing the additional setup tasks in Aztec required to support the integration.

Requirements

URLs & Credentials

The following credentials should be provided from Oracle or the customer:

• URL

• Username

• Password

• App Key

• Hotel ID

POS Integration Configuration

Follow these steps to configure the plugin information on each required site:

1. From the Plugin drop down select Opera OHIP

2. Enter the following information

   • URL - as provided by Oracle / customer

   • Username - as provided by Oracle / customer

   • Password - as provided by Oracle / customer

   • App Key - as provided by Oracle / customer

   • Hotel ID - as provided by Oracle / customer

3. Enter the Breakfast Forfeit Time

   This is the time that any unredeemed package breakfasts will be automatically forfeited

4. Enter the Dinner Forfeit Time

   This is the time that any unredeemed package dinners will be automatically forfeited

5. Click Save

Theme Panel Settings

Follow these steps to add the required buttons to the theme:

1. Select the required Theme Panel Design or Shared Panel where the buttons should be added

2. From the Button Picker | Functions | Ordering add the Prepaid Service button
