Preview & Publish

Once a menu has been built it can be previewed and the status updated so it is either ready or live status.

Step 4 of 4

Follow these steps to preview a menu:

Click Build Your Menu | the build screen is displayed
Click Preview Menu
Select the required site from the drop down, click Preview Menu

If no sites are displayed in the drop down ensure an availability profile has been assigned to the menu
The menu is displayed with the following information
- Menu Groups (as tabs)
- Items displayed within a group
- Associated Choices to products
- Images / other attributes
Click the X to close the preview

Menus are initially created in a status of Draft, once a menu has been completed it can be moved status so that it available.

Follow these steps to publish a menu:

Click Configure or Add Menu Now
Click Draft tab and select the required menu
Click Edit Menu Information | update the status in the drop down to either Ready or Live
Click Save Changes
