Wait Times

The wait time for service delivery can be displayed which provides guests an indicator of how long they might expect to wait for their order, the configuration permits either a default time for the entire organisation or custom times per site / site group.

Navigate to App Manager

Default Settings

Follow these steps to configure the default waiting time settings:

  1. Click Configure | select Wait Times

  2. Against the Default Wait Time click Edit

  3. The wait time can be configured as enabled or disabled, set the toggle as required

  4. Select the required Wait Time from the drop down

  5. Click Save

Overrides

If specific site have different wait times this can be configured as an override.

Follow the steps to configure an over wait time:

  1. Click Configure | select Wait Times

  2. Click Add New Override

  3. Enter the Override Name | set if the override is enabled | select the required Wait Time from the drop down

  4. Select either a site Group or click the Sites tab and select individual Sites and Sales Areas applicable for the override

  5. Click Save
