Requesting Access & Credentials Needed for Pass Creator Templates

 

• Please request Pass Creator access and the relevant developer files via ZMT Set Ups zmtsetups@zonal.co.uk. Within the request include the completed form (link to form) which captures the following information (all of which should be supplied by the customer):

  • Apple Developer Account Name

  • Google Pay & Wallet Console Account Name

  • Email addresses of those who require access to Pass Creator. (If the customer already has access to Loyalty provide their Loyalty username and their existing access will be updated.)

• Please ensure that developer accounts are set up and access is provided to Zonal before submitting this request.

• ZMT set ups work to a 10 working days SLA.

• On completion the requester (typically the account manager) will be securely provided with access information and the required developer files. This should then be passed onto the customer along with a link to the product portal for the customer to complete next steps.

 

Prior to beginning the process of creating Pass Creator templates, Zonal will create the required developer files as well as ensure access to the Pass Creator platform.

Please request Pass Creator developer files and access via your Account Manager and include the following information:

• Apple Development Account Name

• Google Pay & Wallet Console Account Name

• Email addresses of those who require access to Pass Creator. (For those who already have access to Loyalty, please provide the Loyalty username and the existing access will be updated.)
