Templates

Templates are used to quickly add items to an order basket based on the items contained within a template speeding up the process of placing orders.

There are three types of templates:

• Outlet Templates - those managed by the outlet

• Master Templates - those managed by head office only and can only be viewed / used at site

• Category Templates - those managed by head office only and can only be viewed / used at site

Creating Outlet Templates

Follow these steps to create a template:

1. Click Create Template | click Create

2. Click Edit next to the Template Name | Enter a new Template Name | click OK

3. Click the + Button to start adding products to the template

4. Search or apply filters to the Add Items to Template screen

5. Set the required products by selecting the check box | continue adding all items

6. Click Add Items | click Close

7. Additional actions can be completed with the template

   • Remove an item from the template by clicking the red delete button

   • Sort the template by clicking the sort up/down arrow button

     • Drag and drop items in the template as required

     • Click the green Save icon | click OK to confirm

Favourite Templates

Up to 5 templates can be added to the home page for easy selection.

• From the template list click the Star icon to either add or remove

Editing Templates

Follow these steps to edit templates:

1. On an existing template click View

2. Edit the template as required with the following options

   • Add Products

   • Remove Products

   • Edit Sort Order

   • Update Template Name

Deleting Templates

Follow these steps to delete templates:

1. Select 1 or more templates from the list by selecting the check box

2. Click Bulk Actions | Bulk Delete Templates

3. Click OK to confirm the deletion

Using Templates

When placing order templates can be used to quickly add items to the order basket.

• From the home page templates | click Create Order

  • Enter the required product Quantities

  • Click Apply Template

• From the order basket | click Manage Templates

  • Select a template and choose an option

    • Create - add a new template

    • View - view a selected template

    • Apply - applies the selected template

      • Enter the required product Quantities

      • Click Apply Template

Creating Templates from Order Basket

Follow these steps to create template from order basket:

1. With items added in the order basket for a selected supplier click the Star icon

2. Enter Template Name | click OK

3. Click OK to confirm the template creation
